US rapper Kanye - who's been dating reality star Kim for six months - wants his girl to channel Kate's "poise and sophistication" in the way she looks. A source told the Daily Star: "Kanye has been urging Kim to tone down her make-up and style her hair in a more conservative style, like Kate. "And it's not just Kate's regal look that Kanye wants Kim to mimic. He's also told her that she could learn a thing or two about poise and sophistication from Kate." And perhaps Kim is taking Kanye's wishes on board, as she does appear to have toned down her fashion choices of late.
The 31-year-old is usually seen in sexy figure-hugging dresses, but has recently preferred to cover up in oversized tuxedo jackets and a bizarre white fringed dress. Nonetheless, Kim's smitten with her man - who she calls her "perfect match" - and is keen to settle down with 35-year-old Kanye.
And she insisted she's learnt from her failed 72-day marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries.
She announced on US chat show The View: "Kids are definitely something I want. "I think I wanted that before. I think I fell in love so quickly and wanted that to be my life so badly but I just didn't take the time to find someone.
"I definitely think anything I'd be in now is a permanent relationship."
She said in another interview with Oprah Winfrey: "It's very comforting to have someone that knows everything about you, that respects you, understands, has gone through the similar things." |
