Kelly Osbourne weight loss down to Madonna?Kelly Osbourne is looking slimmer than ever before and it’s reportedly thanks to super-fit Madonna and her weight loss tips.
Material Girl Madonna, 54, has been advising the Fashion Police host on her diet and exercise regime to help her shed excess pounds.
A source revealed to Closer magazine: ''Madonna's helped Kelly get back to a size eight. Kelly does the Ballet Barre workout five days week - she loves the dance element and can see how it's changed her shape.''
''Madonna's also encouraged her to eat in a more macrobiotic way - cutting out wheat, artificial sweeteners and cheese.
''Kelly's avoiding carbs to beat bloating and has been eating boiled eggs for breakfast, grilled chicken salad for lunch and fish with steamed greens for dinner.'' But despite the 27-year-old’s svelte new frame, she admitted that she would always be an ‘FFP’ - a Former Fat Person. The daughter of the famous rocker told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning: “When you see yourself in a certain way, that never changes. “People who are larger and then they lose weight, you will always look in the mirror and see yourself as that fat girl, no matter what happens. “I don't see myself as that any more, but I did used to be 65lbs (4 ½ stones) heavier.” The reality star also admitted how people feel the need to regularly comment on her weight and looks to her face, which can be upsetting at times. She told Holly and Phillip: “I get this every single day: ‘Oh you're so much skinnier and prettier in real life.’ I'm like, oh thank you, what a compliment. Have a nice day.” Despite this, Kelly is optimistic about life and doesn't have regrets about her formerly fat figure and reported substance abuse problems: “Its just... you gotta start living life on life's terms. It isn't perfect. Things come your way. “You have to see it as a lesson. You have to make mistakes and learn from them. It's the only way to grow.” |
