Kim Kardashian has held two-hour crisis talks with her estranged husband Kris Humphries over the weekend. The 31-year-old socialite - who filed for divorce from the basketball ace after just 72 days of marriage last Monday (31.10.11) - flew from Los Angeles to Minneapolis at 5.30am on Sunday (06.11.11) to meet with Kris face-to-face alongside Pastor Joel Johnson, who presided over the couple's wedding in August. A source told TMZ.com: "Kim has been saying even before she filed for divorce that she wasn't sure about ending the marriage. "It's definitely not accurate to call this a reconciliation ... or even an attempt at one ... but the door is definitely not shut." Kim and Kris' weekend meeting is believed to be the first time the former couple have met in person since the reality TV beauty filed for divorce - citing irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split - but they have been chatting on the phone. A source recently said: "Kim and Kris have spoken on the telephone, and are frequently exchanging text messages on their BlackBerrys. "Kim is absolutely numb and was truly surprised and shocked at the backlash she has gotten since she decided to file for divorce." |
