Jean-Claude Van Damme reveals "fling" with Kylie MinogueJean-Claude Van Damme has claimed that back in 1994 he had a fling with pop princess Kylie Minogue.
While it’s hard to picture petite 5’1” Kylie with Jean Claude Van Damme, also known as the ‘Muscles from Brussels’, the action star has revealed that the pair hooked up while filming Street Fighter together.
The Expendables 2 star told The Guardian: “OK. Yes, yes, yes. It happened. I was in Thailand, we had an affair.
“Sweet kiss, beautiful lovemaking. It would be abnormal not to have had an affair, she's so beautiful and she was there in front of me every day with a beautiful smile, simpatico, so charming, she wasn't acting like a big star.” Continuing to reveal too much information, Jean-Claude added: “I knew Thailand very well, so I showed her my Thailand. She's a great lady.” The 51-year-old actor made the unexpected revelation while standing next to his wife Gladys Portugues at The Expendables 2 London film premiere. But despite marrying in 1987, Jean-Claude’s partner didn’t appear to mind as the pair had gotten divorced in 1992 after five years of marriage and went on to remarry in 1999. The jovial action star continued: “I tell you what, you should ask her. She'll have a better memory. “I'm 51 years old, do you know how much I was punched in the face on The Expendables? No, no. No. And let's just say it happened, so what? Who wants to know?” Didn't anyone tell Jean-Claude it's not gentlemanly to kiss and tell?! |
