Lily Allen is 'pregnant with second child'Lily Allen and husband Sam Cooper are reportedly “thrilled” to be welcoming their second child in December.The news comes as a bit of a shock because the couple only became parents for the first time to daughter Ethel Mary last November.
A source revealed to the Sunday Mirror: “Lily has started telling her friends and everybody in her close circle is so excited for her.
“It was a surprise but Lily and Sam are thrilled. The pair of them have loved every minute of parenthood so far and wanted to expand their brood quickly. So it's great timing.”
The happy family are reportedly delighted they've got another one on the way, although Lily was a bit miffed people hadn’t guess the news for herself, as her figure is rapidly changing shape. An insider confessed to the Metro: “Lily was sure people were going to cotton on to the fact she had a pregnancy bump but she seemed to get away with it thanks to wearing very baggy clothing.
“Her bump has popped out very early - far earlier than the last pregnancy. She's been joking she feels six months pregnant already.” Lily and Sam, 34, who were together for two years before marrying in June 2011, were left heartbroken after the 25-year-old singer lost her baby six months into a pregnancy two years ago. The star also had a miscarriage in 2008 while dating Chemical Brothers front man Ed Simons. But now things appear to be going more smoothly for the Smile singer, who recently confirmed she was returning to her pop career. She reportedly still hopes to put out a new album in the spring, although it's unlikely she will go on tour. Congratulations to the happy couple! |
