Mark Wright blasts ex Lauren Goodger's "made up bullsh*t"Mark Wright is furious after Lauren Goodger claimed they'd been leading a "secret life" together.
The former TOWIE stars publicly called off their engagement last August but this week Lauren said she'd continued to secretly see Mark up until a few months ago. But Mark, 25, hit back on Twitter yesterday: "What absolute made up bullshit by Lauren in today's New Mag, I'm so bored of it, get over it & Stop talking about me 2 get yourself press !!"
Lauren claimed that she and Mark were back in touch just a month after their break-up. The 24-year-old told New! magazine: "He texted me on my birthday in September last year saying, 'Happy Birthday I’m thinking of you always'. "So we got texting a little bit and it was a bit on and off."
Lauren went on to claim that she continued to see the Take Me Out: The Gossip host, but they kept their meetings under the radar. She said: “I don’t want to go into too much detail, but I think now I can say."No one knew and it was silly. It was a secret life."
Lauren - who was with Mark on-off since they were teenagers - appeared to have moved on when she started dating TOWIE star Tom Pearce in July. But the romance didn't last long. The salon owner confessed: "Me and Mark stopped talking when I first started speaking to Tom." Lauren then said that their rocky romance is now over once and for all. She added: "We’re civil. We’re friends but I’m ready to move on and I’ve accepted that we’re over. "Until about two months ago, we were still speaking to each other quite a lot, but it got confusing because we weren’t officially back together again, so we’re going our separate ways now. It’s for the best. “I don’t want him to contact me now. I don’t want any distractions. I’m in a good place. I want to be myself." Asked if she still loved him, Lauren admitted: "Yes, I always will, for the rest of my life. We have a hold over each other."But I’m not in love with him anymore." After reading Mark's furious comments on Twitter, Lauren was keen to keep things civil. She tweeted: "Things sometimes seem be read wrong until read properly.. #twisted #overit #nohardfeelings #Happy #Happy4You xx." |
