New dad Robbie Williams reveals fatherhood fears

Robbie Williams has just became a father for the first time but evidently he has mixed feelings about the new bundle of joy he's responsible for.

The once hard-partying solo singer has swapped late nights drinking for DVD nights and cuddles with his girls: two-week-old daughter Theodora and wife Ayda Field.

The 38-year has revealed that he's so in love with his perfect baby girl that he fears she could “take my life away from me”.

The Angels singer confessed to the Sunday Times Style: “I’ve been feeling all kinds of stuff. Half of it’s, ‘This is a miracle - this is half of me and half of you’.

"And then every now and again it’s, ‘F*ck this, how dare you get pregnant, why are you doing this to me?’

“It was planned, we planned this, but on Thursday, it could be like that, and then Friday, Saturday and Sunday it could be like, ‘Ayda, you are so beautiful, you are so feminine, this is such a miracle’.

“A huge lesson in selflessness is on its way. That’s the thing I’m scared about because I’ve been a pop star since I was 16.

"I haven’t had to wipe my a**e since 16, and now I literally have to wipe someone else’s.”

Although Robbie went to a state school in Stoke-on-Trent, he wants only the best for his daughter Teddy and has grand plans for her future.

He’s revealed that he’s already eyeing up the exclusive Marlborough College near his new home, which he refers to as “Hogwarts” - Harry Potter’s famous wizarding boarding school.

The Candy singer, who left school with no GCSEs, would like his daughter to be privately educated as he thinks it gives children the best start in life.

He said: “I think aristo kids are well grounded, they’re smart and naughty and have original thoughts.

“I don’t meet many aristo kids who aren’t well mannered.”

The multi-millionaire singer also revealed he is hoping to give Teddy a younger sibling to play with in the not-so-distant future.

“I want the house to be happy as we’ll be happy and the baby will be happy and we can do it again. I really want to dig this.”

Do you agree with Robbie's views on privately educated children?
Yes - It's true that public school children have a better upbringing.
No - Money can't buy manners, it's the parents who instil good behaviour in their children.
