Despite being the hottest British actors in Hollywood right now,
Robert Pattinson and Andrew Garfield reportedly despise each other.
Rob, 26, and 28-year-old Andrew are said to hate being compared to one another because of their similarities in age and background.
An inside source revealed to UsMagazine: “The truth is, Andrew can't stand Rob.
"Andrew hates that they're put in the same category because they're both English and around the same age.''
The actors both attended the wedding of their producer friend Kevin Turen last month, but a witness at the nuptials said the Twilight heartthrob and the Amazing Spiderman star spent much of the night ignoring each other.
The informer added: “They don't enjoy hanging out. Andrew considers himself a 'serious actor' and sees Rob as the equivalent of a cheesy boybander because of Twilight.”
Another reason for the bitter rivalry between them both may be due to the fact that they're attending the same auditions.
A Hollywood insider said: “Both like intense parts and go after the same roles. They're just naturally competitive.”
