Strictly Come Dancing kicks off with a special launch show tonight.

The 10th series of the hugely popular dancing programme starts at 6.30pm with a choreographed dance around the BBC Television Centre.

And from the looks of things, host Tess Daly is set to participate, as at one point she's thrown into the air by professional dancer Brendan Cole.

Later in the episode, judge Darcey Bussell will perform a dance and Tess and Bruce will reveal which celebrity is paired with each pro dancer.

With contestants including Kimberley Walsh, Victoria Pendleton, Louis Smith and Nicky Byrne, we reckon this series will be the best yet!
