Tom Cruise sees Suri for first time since Katie Holmes divorceTom Cruise has been reunited with daughter Suri Cruise.
The actor - who reached a divorce settlement with Katie Holmes on 7th July - last saw his 6-year-old daughter a month ago in Iceland, where he was filming new movie Oblivion. Tom was snapped holding Suri in his arms as they made their way into a Manhattan hotel. An onlooker said: "Tom looked really happy."
Tom was reportedly "dying to see" his little girl, who's recently pictured enjoying a number of days out with mum Katie, 33. Suri had been regularly chatting with her dad on the phone and via video chat during their time apart.
Katie is said to have full custody of their daughter, with Tom granted regular visitation rights.
The former couple released a statement following their break-up affirming their commitment to their daughter. It read: "We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri's best interests. "We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other's roles as parents." |
