Tulisa's ex MC Ultra admits he did leak sex tapeMC Ultra has confessed that he leaked the online sex tape of Tulisa Contostavlos back in March.
Tulisa admitted she was "devastated" when the clip of her performing oral sex was released on the web. The X Factor judge always claimed it was her ex, MC Ultra - real name Justin Edwards - who was behind its publication. And though he originally denied all knowledge, a court has now heard the rapper was responsible for the leak.
Barrister Jacob Dean told London's High Court: "Mr Edwards has admitted responsibility for publication of the video, apologised for it, and promised not to do it again." At an earlier hearing the judge was told that Justin denied posting the video, branding such behaviour "ungentlemanly". But Tulisa, 23, launched legal action when the footage became a hit, winning a High Court order banning its publication. In an upcoming magazine interview, Justin - who split with Tulisa in 2009 - says he filmed the sex act but denied releasing it to the public domain. Justin, 28, told Loaded magazine: “I filmed it but not on my phone. How can I release something that I haven’t got? “But there were a couple of options of people it could have been and who could have put it out there.” Make your mind up, Justin! |
