According to Playboy, the hottest celebrities are Megan Fox, Beyonce and Natalie Portman. We all have secret girl crushes on these leading ladies, but Playboy has named this trio of ladies as some of the hottest in their annual list of "Sexy Celebrities."

These women were picked because: “they exude the radiance of experienced women who remain on top of their game.”

We were surprised to see that Rihanna hadn't made the cut - after all the hype from Cheryl Cole and Jessie J admiring her style, we had expected Rihanna to make the list.
