When describing child birth, most mothers don't use the words comfortable or pleasant. In fact, for some, having a baby can be a traumatic experience with many women going through unimaginable pain.

Screams can often be heard coming from the delivery suite and discussions afterwards about labour, seems to dwell on the negative sides of stitches, the long process to meet their child and emergency deliveries.

But, giving birth doesn’t have to be as dramatic as this and more modern mums are turning to hypnosis during labour as an unconventional way to reduce pain.
