1. I can't see my album on the site
After you have created or made changes to an album, it is sent to our
moderators to be checked. This may take anything from a couple of hours,
to a few days depending on how many albums readers have created on that
particular day. As soon as our moderator has finished with your album
and deemed it suitable for online publication, they will put it online.
2. I can't upload my photos
If you are having difficulties saving photos to your album, it could be
because they don't meet our criteria: they must be in either .jpg (JPEG)
or .bmp (BITMAP) format, and no bigger than 5KB. If they are the wrong
size or format, use the image editing software with your scanner or digital
camera to change your photos.
