You can find you password by clicking
here, then entering your username, your club email address,
or the email address you gave when you joined the club. Your password
will be sent to the email address you gave when you joined.

3. Every time I try to sign into the club,
I get sent back to the connection page
This is normally due to the cookie settings on your navigator. Cookies
are small files containing important information, which are saved to
your computer when you visit certain Internet sites. SoFeminine uses
cookies to enable you to sign into the Club, which should not cause
your computer any problems.
To sign into the Club, you must be able to accept cookies onto your
machine. Your navigator needs to be at least a version 4 to visit soFeminine.co.uk.
To change the
cookies settings on your computer, follow the instructions below. If
you're using:
- A PC, using Internet Explorer 5: click into the 'Tools' menu, then
'Internet Options'. Next, enter the 'Security' menu and click the 'Custom
level...' button. Scroll down and make sure you have checked the 'Accept
cookies' box.
- A Mac, using Internet Explorer 5: click into the 'Edit' menu, then
the 'Settings' section. Click 'Cookie files' and check the boxes to
make sure you always accept cookies.
- A PC or Mac, using Netscape 4.5: click into the 'Edit' menu, then
'Settings'.
Next, click ' Advanced Settings', then 'Accept all cookies'.
4. How do I join Club soFeminine?
Just click on 'Register now!' on the right-hand side of the homepage,
choose a username, enter it into the box on the right-hand side of the
connection screen and follow the instructions.
5. Do I have to pay to join Club
soFeminine?
You don't have to pay a penny to join the Club. Once you have done so,
you will have access to the discussion boards, be able to publish albums
and blogs, send other members instant messages and have a free soFeminine
email address, along with access to all the interactive tools and articles
on the site. Welcome to the Club!

want to change my password

Can
I have several usernames?
You can have as many usernames as you like, by registering several times
under different usernames. Use the link on the homepage ('Register now!')
and follow the instructions. Remember not to mix up your different passwords
and usernames!

I
no longer want to be a Club member
Your membership will be automatically cancelled if you don't sign in for
at least three months.
