As your uterus swells up it puts pressure on your bladder making you feel like you need to go more often. Pregnancy also encourages your body to process a lot of extra fluids through your kidneys and bladder - another reason to visit the ladies! Unfortunately this is a symptom that can last all 40 weeks of your pregnancy and can even get worse! Get your absorbent pads at the ready girls because by the third trimester it's common to have little accidents and leaks as your baby further compresses or even kicks your bladder. Lovely. | ||||||||
