Tracy's disgusting lie is the last straw for Deirdre. Appalled that she has mislead Steve into believing that Becky pushed her down the stairs, Tracy insists that it is the only way that she can hang onto Steve now. Steve is a broken man at the loss of his twins and when he sees a stunned Becky he accuses her of making Tracy lose the babies...

Insisting that it was an accident that she had nothing to do with, Becky heads straight round to confront Tracy. All the while Deirdre is wrestling with her guilt, is this too big a lie to keep for her daughter?

Meanwhile, it looks like Peter could come unstuck sooner than we thought. After going Christmas shopping he accidentally leaves a small bag in Karl's taxi. Presuming it's a present for Leanne she  takes a sneaky peek at the necklace, before asking Karl to return it to Peter. Peter is relieved but has no idea that Stella has looked inside, will all be out in the open when Leanne isn't the one wearing it?

Elsewhere, David DIY electrics don't go down well, whilst the Websters throw themselves into wedding preparations!
