Christmas my Way! :

You can't bear the thought, but unfortunately you just can't get out of family gatherings. Christmas will be the same as every other year, smiling politely, treading softly, and looking interested in stories you've heard 10 times before, and that's without even mentioning family backbiting and sibling rivalry. It's enough to make you want to hibernate until Boxing Day!

Our advice:
Give one lucky person a fun board game, which demands participation from absolutely everyone. Make your choice carefully, don't go for a game which will be over in 10 minutes, has too many hard questions or puts people on the spot - you don't want to hit any raw nerves and make things even worse! Once the presents have been opened, you can innocently suggest a game, thereby avoiding any awkward conversations. Team up with your Great Uncle to get the ball rolling.
