"We only
have sex twice a month. Does this mean we are not in love?"
There is no 'ideal'
number of times a week or month to have sex, it depends on your lifestyle.
Some busy couples may take the chance to make love a few times in
one day or over a weekend, while others may find it easier to make
time during the week. Work out what is best for you by thinking back
to the beginning of your relationship, or when you started living
together. If you still lead similar lives, with the same commitments
and working hours, then there is no reason why you cannot fall back
into the same pattern.
Try to think
of creative ways to turn each other on, but if this doesn't work,
then there may be problems you need to discuss. Think about any niggling
irritations if there are no major issues, even the little things can
have an impact on your sex life - you certainly won't feel like making
love if your partner is driving you mad by leaving his socks all over
your flat. Talk about whatever is worrying you, because you can't
have sex if you can't communicate!
