Most adults fantasise relatively frequently - it's a normal part of the way our bodies work. Most women however, deny fantasising, mainly because their fantasies are so romantic or gentle, that they don't correspond to their idea of what a sexual fantasy should be. Other women push away erotic thoughts as soon as they have them, or feel guilty. So even if you think you don't fantasise, you probably do!
