If you suffer from IBS, you'll know it's no walk in the park. Thankfully you're not alone, in fact over 20% of the global population suffer from IBS - even celebs like Tyra Banks and Jenny McCarthy have admitted they too are plagued by this condition.

If you have IBS, knowing how to manage it and even how to diagnose it can seem very overwhelming - there are so many symptoms and they vary for everyone. So where to start?

Well there are many ways to relieve your bowel symptoms but the main factor that can have an impact is your diet.
