Cocktails for New Years Eve

If you've got a sweet tooth why not trying making a liquid dessert at your NYE party? With no baking, whisking and blending, it’s much quicker to make than the original Bakewell tart, just as tasty and has a little extra kick.

30ml Disaronno

5 fresh cherries

10ml Galliano

3 dashes of peach bitters

30ml lemon juice

How to make:

Begin by chopping the cherries in half and removing the pips. Place them into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Then mix all the other ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour into the glass to serve.
