SPOILER ALERT!
Rhona meets her dealer, whose offerings look dodgy, but she's so desperate she gorges what she can. As Vanessa apologises for her confession, Rhona runs to the toilet and is violently sick. Rhona is quickly rushed to hospital as she is vomiting blood - she's in a bad way. Vanessa urges her to come clean to the hospital and Paddy.
Elsewhere, Cain confronts Debbie about Cameron's visit but he's momentarily appeased when she tells him she hates Cameron's guts. Later Debbie makes a public show of pushing Cameron away - all for Cain's benefit of course.
Also, Laurel is too scared to leave the house and Steve leaves for Paris with Bernice.
