Scarlett Johansson brought London's legendary department store Selfridges and Oxford Street to a standstill on Friday July 31st when she arrived to launch the first ever make-up collection for Dolce & Gabbana. Crowds flocked to see the starlet who sported a 1940s look in a pencil skirt and floral blouse. Her hair was styled in waves and she wore cosmetics from the collection which is entitled 'The Make Up'. She told the crowds that the range was a "homage to the golden age of Hollywood". News D & G
