So you've been out with someone who turned out to be a bit of a let down. They were good looking, funny, charming...and untrustworthy.

We've all been there, and it sucks. And what sucks even more, is that when someone cheats on you, you can find it really hard to trust other people in the future.

Yep, not only can that moron make you feel down in the dumps after the relationship ends, but they can also have a long lasting effect. which can interfer with your future relationships.

But are you really going to let one bad judgement call mess up your love life? We don't think so. Learning how to trust again can be tricky, but it can be done.

We spoke to Christine Webber, psychotherapist and author of 'How to mend a broken heart.'

"It's normal when you've been badly hurt to say 'I will never trust again', but often when you're saying it, you don't really think it," she says.

We got her top tips for learning how to trust again.
