psychological state - because everything is linked. Weight
loss can be just as much in your head. Answer carefully,
then click Enter. soFem will come up with the best diet
plan for you according to your answers. To tailor the diet
plan to your needs, you can then enter foods you don't like,
and then create your menus. You'll get a detailed, day-by-day,
meal-by-meal plan, with snacks included for when you're
peckish, and a countdown to keep you motivated.
