This
is great exercise for a bikini body, toning the
buttocks and flattening the abdominals... A good
one to do while watching TV.
Starting position:
On all fours, with forearms on floor.
Exercise:
Slowly raise one foot, flexed, taking the leg
as high as you can, bring it back down and change
legs.
Tips:
Try to keep body straight, especially back.
Use chest muscles for support and pull tummy in
to strengthen trunk.
Reps:
Start with 20 on each leg, then swap sides.
Try 2 sets of 50 when buttocks feel stronger.. |
