A
very restrictive low-calorie diet, (between 800
and 1000 cal/day) which lasts two weeks.
The 'Avoid' list is long: fats, sugars, carbohydrates,
vegetables and dairy products.
You can eat a small amount of fruit, and you have to
eat six eggs a week.

If you follow the diet to the letter, you can expect
to lose 5 - 7 kilos in two weeks. |

Less
than the RDA of protein, calcium, potassium and vitamins,
so expect to feel tired.
A very low calorie intake, which borders on dangerous.
This diet is high in fats and cholesterol,
which will weaken the cardio-vascular system if followed
for long periods of time.
As for many quick-fix diets, the weight you lose (and
more) will come back on just as quickly once you have
reverted to your old eating habits.
