Wait! It's not over yet.

You've just pushed your muscles to the max and to avoid feeling the pain tomorrow you need to stretch.

Spend at least five minutes stretching all of your body - your arms, legs, back, neck, stomach.

If you've done the workout properly you should feel a bit of a twinge tomorrow, but no pain no gain right? Keep at it and you'll be showing off that athletic figure soon enough.
