Take up yoga

Yoga is a Hollywood must. The sun is always shining and what better place to perform your usual Yoga moves than outside under blue skies.

Not surprisingly Eva Mendes is a fan of yoga and tries to fit it in twice a week.

If you have trouble motivating yourself to do your sun salutations at home (and England's grey skies don't help), try going to a class where an instructor can keep your poses in check, and get the most out of your session.

It's not only great for your body, but will also give you some headspace.
