You might well lose your appetite, but still try to eat three meals a day. Healthy food is best because, unlike that delicious chocolate bar, it's packed with nutrients.

Protein, like chicken and fish, is quick and easy to cook and if you serve it with leafy green vegetables you've got a nutrient heavy meal!

There are no official findings that chicken soup cures a cold, but it is healthy, helps hydration and the steam can help with your blocked nose, plus it's tasty, so go for it!
