OK so we’ve all said we’re going to lose weight, put down the biscuits and pick up the trainers only to slouch back onto the sofa within a few weeks.

Just how do the people you see at the gym get motivated and stay that way? It can seem like a mystery to many but there are things you can do that will help you to stay firmly on the road to fit and healthy and we’ve asked the experts to share them!
