 - My verdict
I found the technique a breath of fresh air; after my session I felt revived and energised.

My fitness levels were boosted and I felt an immediate health difference: there was no sign of my usual breathlessness caused by a lifelong asthma condition.

For the next two days my bum and hamstrings ached - a sure sign of a thoroughly great workout.
