Women Are Asking To Have Their "Bra Bulge" Surgically Removed And We're Very Confused

We all have parts of our body that we don't like. Be it cellulite, stretch marks, hip dips - the list goes on - but this is one we've never heard of before. Women are so unhappy by what's been termed as their "bra bulge" that they're having it surgically removed.

You're probably wondering what exactly a bra bulge is, right? Good question. Is it at the top of your boobs, or the bottom? Turns out, it's that bit at the side. The term refers to the area between your breast and your armpit - the bit that is supposedly pushed into a bulge by your bra.

For those worried about their bra bulge, there are exercises specifically designed to tone that area of your armpit - because god forbid we should have a single piece of fat on our bodies - but some women are so determined to get rid of it once and for all. According to the Express, there are several treatments one can get to rid themselves of the dreaded bra bulge, including Sculpsure, which uses a laser to heat the underlying fat cells, which leads to apoptosis, a process that results in the permanent removal of fat. Then there's ULTRAcel which uses radio frequency micro-needles which induces collagen to tighten the skin.

Dr. Galyna, an aesthetic doctor based at the Dr. Rita Rakus Clinic in Knightsbridge, London, said she has seen an increase in the demand for surgery on body parts such as elbows, knees, ankles, armpits as well as the bra bulge.

Let's make one thing clear ladies: there ain't nothing wrong with a bit of "bra bulge". Or bulges anywhere, in fact. Having fat on our bodies is totally natural. Sure, we all have that one hangup when it comes to our bodies, but that's what makes us us. So if you have this so-called "bra bulge", don't sweat it.
