Bags

The procedure is slightly different for bags under the eyes. Starting at the interior of the lower lid, the surgeon removes fatty pockets. There is no exterior scarring. If there is an excess of skin beneath the eye, this is removed through an incision made at the bottom of the eyelashes (again, there is no scarring because the incision is on the inside).

For: Women of any age - bags are often hereditary.
The result: Permanent - and the bags don't come back! 
The cost: Roughly the same as for upper eyelid surgery.
