"What Anna's missing at the moment is volume, so we're going to keep the length and make the hair lighter overall, adding some light tones to the ends to create a touch of colour. I'm going to layer the top part to make it lighter and give substance and then taper the rest. This will allow her to wear straight styles in the evening, and more natural styles for the day using mousse."
