Scrub and exfoliate before you do anything!

For best results, exfoliate your skin in light, circular movements to remove dead cells from the skin’s surface.  Use a body scrub or flannel in the shower, to reveal a smoother epidermis, ready to receive your chosen product.

Our Favourite Scrubs:

- A scrub containing two different kinds of natural Japanese salt, clay and Italian spring water to exfoliate the skin.  An almost professional-quality product for home use, containing active ingredients which aid slimming for longer-lasting satin skin.
Body Creator Aromatic Exfoliating Salts, Shiseido.

- A marvellous exfoliant which eliminates the dirt and dead cells which cause dull skin.  Indian bamboo and micro-exfoliating particles exfoliate and detoxify, while shea butter hydrates and conditions.  It smells delicious too!
Smoothing Body Scrub for a New Skin, Clarins.

- A physical scrub with exfoliating beads to slough off dead skin cells and salicylic acid to boost cell renewal.  Skin is left feeling cool, smooth and energised thanks menthol and natural coconut extract.
Sparkle Skin Body exfoliating Cream Clinique.
