A transparent, soft base, with satin or glossy rosebud lips and pastel peepers in tones of antique pink put the finishing touch to this season’s florals, Liberty-print tea dresses, cheesecloth shirts, cutesy motifs, summer linen basics and sillky wraparound cardis.  

Golden Rule:  Stick to pinks, mauves, minty greens and sky blues.

Avoid at All Costs:  Clashing colours -  turquoise eyelids with a lilac dress or a fuschia pink smile with a buttermilk shirt dress and leathery, tanned skin with light, floaty clothes.
