Don't even think about neglecting your body in winter, even if it is hidden under layers of clothing, gloves and coats! Winter is a time for massage and pampering from head to toe. Get into good habits after every bath or shower, to relax and re-energise your whole body.
And don't forget your feet! Massage them slowly in the evening, and every now and then go to bed with your feet covered in cream and cotton socks on. You can also give your hands with the same treatment for guaranteed softness in the morning!
