Back in the late 90s, Nicole Kidman was still married to Tom Cruise. At the height of her talent and beauty, the flame-haired Aussie actress won rave reviews for her turn in Moulin Rouge! alongside Ewan McGregor.

Nicole is the face of Chanel and Omega, but she recently announced that she wants to take a step back from work and focus on her child with husband Keith Urban. Chic and understated in her choice of hairstyles and clothes, she made headlines recently after undergoing cosmetic procedures which, according to certain journalists, "make her look like a bat." Not very nice, but not entirely inaccurate...

What she's had done: A smooth forehead, outer brow lift and no wrinkles round her eyes when she smiles at the age of 40? It must be down to botox. Nic has also had her lips enhanced with collagen.
