Revlon's Take on Mascara

Our Revlon make-up artist says:
 
"Avoid blinking for a couple of seconds after applying your mascara, to dry your lashes.  To make lashes look longer and avoid clumps, apply mascara from the roots of the lashes to the tips, using a zig-zag movement.  For a sophisticated finish, use mascara on the lower lashes as well, placing a piece of tissue paper underneath them to avoid smudging."
