Natural remedy for dry hair |

Too much dye, too many blow-drys and too much aggressive shampoo can take a toll on your locks. Use this nourishing fruit mask packed with fibre and vitamins to restore shine.
What you need:
A mango (from Madagascar if poss!)
One apricot or peach
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 small pot of natural yoghurt
1 tbsp sugarfree muesli
Method:
Blend the fruit, yoghurt and muesli in a food processor, drizzle on the oil and apply in thick layers all over your hair. Leave for a good half hour, rinse thoroughly and let your hair dry naturally.
You can always eat any leftovers for breakfast!
