Put a little foundation on the back of your hand, apply with your index finger and spread with your middle finger, moving inwards out. Always starts 1cm from your hairline and never go past the jaw - just pat any excess onto your neck. 

Expert tip : If you've put too much foundation on, don't scrub it off - use a paper towel or tissue to absorb the excess.
