Violets were a symbol of love for Zeus and Viola, Napoleon and Josephine, and many French lovers, so Ernest Daltroff, perfumer at Caron, was inspired to created this romantic scent in 1913 in honour of his beautiful young adviser and creative muse Félicie.

Re-created for Sephora, Violette Précieuse contains violet flowers and leaves, iris, orange blossom, jasmine, lily of the valley, iris, musk and sandalwood.  

We like: the mythical, delicate and romantic scent.
