Pressure
Many of today's starlets have grown up in the spotlight, with their every move scrutinised and captured on camera. Everything from the slightest breach of decorum, their fashion faux pas, their first relationships, bad hair days and fat days are up for public scrutiny and discussion in the tabloids. But many of the celebs concerned are rarely all that naive about courting media attention: they make sure they're seen and snapped on wild nights out with the jet set, with new boyfriends, on luxury holidays, wearing designer togs and showing us how the other half live. A damaged reputation doesn't spell the end of your career: with rehab fast becoming a rite of passage for young starlets, it's clear that rebellion sells.
Morals
Rebellion often stems from a lack of moral and parental guidance: when a spoiled child knows no limits, rules or restraints they can easily turn into spoilt divas, monsters and enfant terribles. However, many of our rebels have just taken time to mature, find themselves, inject a dose of reality into their lives and get back on the straight and narrow doing what they do best. With a bit of crafty PR work and good old-fashioned hard graft, a notorious wild child can turn her image round and be taken seriously for their talents à la Drew...so all's not lost.
