With her exotic beauty and screen and stage talents, Catherine Zeta Jones came out of the valleys of Wales to take Hollywood by storm, and she figures among that élite group of A-listers considered the most beautiful women in the world.

Catherine met up with us in Rome, where she's promoting her new cooking flick No Reservations, to give soFeminine this exclusive video interview. Catherine talks about learning to cook for the film, life with husband Michael Douglas and why she'd give it all up tomorrow for her family.
