CJZ Hello!

soFem So Catherine, your husband said your best performance in your new film was for you to be involved in cooking.
CJZ It's true! (laughs)

soFem Has your life changed now you've been trained by the chefs?  
CJZ I pass through the kitchen every day but it's always to get to another room, I don't actually spend any time there! But after I had all my training with the chef, Michael, in New York, you know I have a new appreciation for what the art of cooking is. I was  always "the quicker the better, let's get it done and get the washing up away" but I have a new appreciation and also a new confidence - it's like "Maybe, maybe I can!". And I've tried a few things and I've enjoyed it actually. It's just the washing up I can't stand. Even just putting it in the dishwasher, I can't stand.

soFem But the chef isn't supposed to wash up! 
CJZ I know - try telling my husband that! (laughs)
