Kate Moss and her new rocker boyf Jamie Hince (guitarist with The Kills) got engaged during a romantic break in Paris in March. Nowadays, wild child extraordinaire Kate dreams not of jet-setting, gigs and the London party scene, but of a big white wedding and a quiet family life in the country with a vegan husband, a bunch of kids and a labrador. Forget the bad times with out-of-control junkie Pete Doherty. Kate and Jamie are said to be planning a summer wedding in Kate's village church in the Cotswolds. Kate is said to want a traditional white wedding, meringue and all, while Jamie has apparently promised little Lila Grace brothers and sisters very soon!
Rather less glam: Kate is said to have bought her own engagement ring. Modern, and only natural, they say, as she's the one with the bigger pay packet. (Surely Jamie doesn't do so badly from his career? OK, maybe not well enough to splash out £90, 000 on a Garrard ring...).
But what everyone really wants to know is what dress Kate will opt for on her big day. All we know is that it will be white, and she's struggling to decide which of her chums John Galliano and Alexander McQueen will get the nod to design it for her.
