Rhys Ifans? Yes, you do know his face: he played Hugh Grant's deranged flat-late in Notting Hill. Behind his comic exterior he's a helpless romantic and is crazy in love with Sienna, who he's been romancing for a year. He's popped the question three times over 12 months of dating! The first was a poem in Welsh via text message (too naff?); tge second was a ring hidden in her birthday present (too run-of-the-mill?); and the third proposal came in a coded message printed on Sienna's favourite perfumes. She accepted - whew...

Sienna has been pretty traumatised by her split from love rat Jude Law, but it seems she's finally got over her heartache and fallen in true love again. Sources close to the couple say they will wed this year, that the location will definitely be Mexico, on an island off the coast of Cancun, that it will be a private ceremony with plenty of tequila, a Mexican feast shipped in and a fabulous fiesta in a friend's luxury house. They're trying to keep the details of their nuptials secret, but Rhys is said to be struggling to hold his tongue.
