Lily Allen on family, her childhood and her desire to have children

You recently said you dream about having a quiet family life...
"Maybe because my parents weren't together, or maybe it's just because I watched one too many McDonalds adverts with Happy Meals and mums and dads taking their kids to McDonalds...I didn't have that, so that's what I want for my future."

Do you think you grew up too fast?
"My mum was very young when she had us - we were forced to grow up very quickly. But I would like to live that childhood again, so I think the only way I can probably do that is with my own children."
